About Lanita Hoskinson

I am a Recovery Doula, Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Care Coordinator dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. My work is rooted in compassion, lived experience, and a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone.

Each day, I support people navigating recovery, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood—helping them find strength, stability, and connection. I strive to create safe, nonjudgmental spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to reclaim their stories.

My passion lies in bridging gaps between systems and real-life needs, advocating for families in recovery, and supporting healthy beginnings during the first 1,000 days of life. Through my work, I aim to inspire hope, build resilience, and remind others that they are never alone on their journey.
