Welcome to the LIFTS Podcast.

Formerly Mother Love, the LIFTS Podcast, is part of our statewide effort to connect Montana families, providers, and communities with resources and real stories.

Across our big, diverse state, experiences vary, but here we come together to talk about things that can be hard and explore what support really looks like. Through lived experiences from the 0–3 years, our guests offer honest perspectives on the moments when getting help helped, along with ideas and resources to better support Montana families. Whether you’re a mom, nurse, foster parent, or OB-GYN, we hope as you listen that you feel seen, valued, and connected to resources across Montana.

Do you have a story or experience to share on the LIFTS Podcast? We’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re a provider, parent, caregiver, or someone impacted by a project supporting families in Montana, your perspective matters. Reach out with story ideas at stories@hmhb-mt.org.
