About Caitlin Adamo
Caitlin Adamo LCPC, PMH-C is an AuDHD mental health therapist specializing in perinatal mental health and couples therapy. Her journey to this started with a curiosity in attachment theory as a teenager, and later pursued interests in yoga, elder care, early education, and doula/midwifery care. Caitlin initially worked as a mental health therapist with families and youth in the home and educational settings, before transitioning into private practice. Fireweed Integrative Therapy was born in 2021, and Caitlin became a PMH-C through HMHB’s collaboration with PSI. Caitlin originally learned Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in the seat of the client and felt so impacted by the work she eventually sought training in 2023. She is now actively working towards certification. Caitlin lives in Livingston with her partner, two kids, two fuzzy pups, and lots of plant friends. She enjoys gardening, reading, dance and yoga, and taking pictures of tiny things.
