About Holly Demarest
Holly Demarest (she/her) is a licensed addiction counselor with specialty certifications in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI). Holly brings nearly 20 years of experience in addiction counseling, parenting support classes, and motivational enhancement programming. As a member of the Empaths team, Holly provides problem-solving treatment and behavioral activation counseling for patients experiencing mild-to-moderate depression, anxiety, and substance use symptoms. Through CoCM, Holly helps patients address behavioral health and social needs within the primary care setting—preventing symptom escalation and reducing the need for higher levels of care.
